Placing an order
Some items listed are no longer available. Our online catalog will be up to date soon, but until then few orders can be processed. E-mail for more information.

Step One: Go into the departments you would like to place an order from (ie. Saddles, Vet Care, Used etc.) and click on "order form" at the top of the page.
Step Two: Mark off the items you would like to buy. Fill in the customer information completely in the first department you order from, and when you order from other departments just fill in your name and X for the rest. Please don't forget to include your name on each order! This sends your order to us. All orders with the same name and billing information will automatically be combined in one invoice.
Step Three: We will then send you a list of choices (size, color, etc.) for the particular items you ordered and an invoice with the total amount including tax and shipping & handling, and this itemized bill will include a mailing address to send checks or money orders. If you live in the area and would like to come to our shop in Coal Valley, Illinois to pick up your items and pay NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING, please specify that and your invoice will show only the price of the items + tax. If the item you are ordering is no longer available, you will be given a list of similar items not yet displayed in our online catalog. We will try to match to a similar product line based on the price and quality.
Step Four: Reply to the invoice and specify which choices you would like regarding size, color, etc.
Step Five: Mail the check or money order for the amount shown at the bottom of the invoice to the address that is listed, or call or e-mail your credit card number and expiration date. We will send you a confirmation e-mail stating that we have received your payment and your items will be sent to you as soon as possible.
It's that simple!
TIP: If you are planning on ordering several things over time, your best bet is to order everything at once, or if you know someone else who may order, you should combine your orders to save on shipping and handling. For example, shipping for a saddle pad is $7.95 and shipping for a saddle bag, stirrup irons, and stirrup leathers in a much larger box is $21.95. The weight goes up by more than 6 times and the price goes up by just under 3 times. In other words, the more things you order at once, the less shipping and handling you pay per item.
Customer credit cards can only be billed over the phone or via e-mail. MasterCard and Visa accepted.

Our return policy states that we will refund the full amount of the items returned, including the sales tax, if they are not used. Once they have been used, exchanges will only take place if something breaks or malfunctions after normal use in an unreasonably short period of time. Items can also be returned if they are somehow different than expected in color, quality, etc. (if the items are not used) and you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, including the sales tax. There are no refunds on new saddles for any reason other than defective workmanship. Customer will be responsible for postage.
