Holly is owned by Huntermark Farm and is one of Rachel's two favorite horses in the world.  She is a fabulous large pony that has two-pronged excellence: she is fancy enough to have been successful for two years on the show circuits (she has won over fences and under saddle classes at "A" shows in Chicago), and quiet enough to be a school horse for all level of riders including walk/trot and first lessons.  She is an excellent mover and a beautiful jumper (just look!) but she does require a little bit of leg.  On the bright side, she stops very easily.  Not at jumps, however, she is completely honest - she never refuses fences no matter how slow she's going, you can definitely always count on her to get over the jump.  She's a bit of a princess who knows how great she is, and she thinks people are good for two things: treats, and scratching her head!
